What we believe doesn't change God.

I am glad that what we believe and how we believe doesn't effect who God is or how He reigns.
Here are the basics:
He "is" omniscient.
He "is" omnipresent.
He "is" omnipotent.
He "cannot" change.
So lets lay this foundation so we can all see what can be built off of it.
Omniscient: All knowing. What does that mean? That He knew all things, peoples, actions, decisions, times in historic events, and the outcomes of all these, simultaneously BEFORE He started creation. That's right, before He made the first day of creation, He already knew the outcome of every thought, word and deed, including actions, personal, social, and global. He knew every page of history, (all inclusive), till Revelation 22:21 takes place in the end, everything.
Omnipresence: Scripture says that "He fills all His creation." There is nowhere we can go, above the ground, under the ground, or in space where He is not with us. We cannot escape His presence in this creation. Another scripture says "in Him we live and move and have our being." This apply's to both saved and unsaved. He is all places, for all times, from (again) before the creation until the very end when He withdraws His Holy Spirit from this earth.
Omnipotent: He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings in every realm that anything exists. His Name is above all Names, in both heaven and earth, and that at the mention of that Name every knee must bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. His will be done. As in the Our Father that is prayed "thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." Again "for thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever and ever, Amen." What does this mean? There is no greater authority, or power in creation that can challenge His.
He cannot change: He will not abdicate His authority in any matter. In the promises He made concerning His creation, or the freedom he gave each one of us to choose our own path. His promises for forgiveness through Jesus Christ hold good "till the end", His promises for healing, raiment, food, blessings, cursing, signs and wonders, miracles, will not end as long as life goes on, again "till the end."
So at this point I can hear the outcry about free will vs. predestination. Because God is Omniscient, knowing all things from before creation. Because He knew and Loved each of us before we were formed in the womb, (this means, names, attitudes, all thoughts, all actions throughout our whole lives, where we would live, who our parents would be, how long we would live, every sin we would commit, in fact everything about us from cradle to grave, He could place in our lives consequences (good or corrective) to inspire us to believe His Word and move (decide) for His ways. The choice is still ours but He already knows what we are going to do. Some say this is predestination. Not so. According to scripture Jesus died for all to be saved. Everyone. That none should perish. That's the predestination part, that we would all have fellowship with God the Father. The Omniscient part of God gave Judas Iscariot, through prophesy, the choice by Love but knowing that even the Love of God, time with Christ, and unending mercy's, would not influence his actions sealing his fate.....before creation. I do believe that because God seen his traitorous, unchangeable heart, he place him in a setting (with Jesus) that would let him witness the fullest expression of Love so he had no excuse "in that day." We were already, since the beginning, known of God, which means that He did not influence our nature before we were created thousands of years in the future. We were "back then" before we were created, as we are now. We had been given, in a sense, our free will to choose back then. Judas, back then, had a heart of betrayal that would not change so God used it for His redemption plan.
The only influence God has placed on us is His Love through His Word, there in we choose to allow it (by agreement) to change our hearts and call him Abba Father. God knowing how powerful HIs Love is stated that "none should perish but have eternal life."
So the main predestination of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. Again God knowing the effect of HIs Love on all mankind. Will there be people in hell, yes, because from the beginning their wicked hearts were hardened of their own (pre) volition.
I know this is hard to understand with the carnal mind but knowing the Love of God in the Spirit makes it quite clear. Is your god a God only in your mind or is He the God of your mature spirit man, a revelation by the Holy Spirit? Is the Unconditional Love of God so weak that He called us all into being in the womb to sanction us to hell without giving us a hope of redemption? If that were true then HIs Love is not unconditional and our hope is only a whim. God so Love the world that He "gave" His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him would not perish but have eternal life." This is the ever enduring Love that makes God's Love unconditional to all mankind, having power over sin and death if we believe in Jesus Christ.
Any fight we have with God's Word and it's understanding is purely our own. He has given the means to understand it (the Holy Spirit), and the heart to apply it.
God is in control of all events whether you believe, agree, concur or not.
